The safety and integrity of BNSF’s railroad infrastructure depends on our Engineering team. This team inspects, constructs, maintains and repairs our network, which includes the track itself, plus the signals, bridges, tunnels and other structures along our right of way.

While we have positions requiring a technical degree, we also have many entry-level positions. Engineering employees work varying schedules and travel extensively to accommodate our 24/7 operation.
